창덕궁 관람정

창덕궁은 1405년 지어진 조선의 궁궐로, 자연 지형을 살린 배치가 아름다워 1997년 유네스코 세계유산에 올랐다. 관람정은 후원의 관람지 곁에 세운 정자다. 지붕이 부채꼴 모양인 보기 드문 형태로, 곡선을 이루는 연못과 어우러진다. 둘레에 존덕정 등 여러 정자가 모여 있다.

EnglishChangdeokgung is a Joseon dynasty palace built in 1405. Praised for the way its buildings embrace the natural terrain, it was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. Gwallamjeong is a pavilion beside Gwallamji Pond in the rear garden. Its rare fan-shaped roof blends with the curving pond. Several pavilions, including Jondeokjeong, are gathered nearby.
